Built on experience
UrbanVale was founded by two directors with deep, complementary experience across property development, land surveying, planning, engineering, business, and finance. Between them, they bring more than 25 years of hands-on land development experience and a track record spanning multiple sites, rezoning approvals, and titled lot outcomes across regional Victoria.
What sets UrbanVale apart is the depth of in-house capability. Our directors can assess site yield, development costs, residual land value and prepare urban designs without relying on external consultants at the due diligence stage. This means we can move quickly, assess more opportunities, and make better decisions earlier – which leads to better outcomes for landowners, investors, and the communities that follow.
We focus on residential land opportunities across Victoria, particularly in regional towns where housing supply is constrained and demand for well-planned lots is genuine and growing.
Our track record
Our directors have owned and managed land development sites spanning hundreds of lots across regional Victoria, including active rezoning applications, concurrent planning permits, and successful development delivery.
The directors have previously managed over 100 developments of all shapes and sizes in consultancy roles before becoming developers. Now as developers, their current and previous development pipeline is just under 1,000 residential lots.
UrbanVale brings that accumulated experience – and the lessons from it – to every new opportunity we assess and deliver.

Because our directors understand the full development lifecycle from the inside – surveying, planning, engineering, feasibility, finance, sales, marketing and delivery – we can assess opportunities quickly, identify the right structure, and stay closely involved in the decisions that shape the outcome.
